Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Kochi
Skills Required:
• Understand the company’s business needs and familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities
• Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones.
• Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
• Driving sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns.
• Leading business development activities through cross-function collaborations.
• Lead Generation/constant interaction with the clients/prospecting clients from across various countries
• Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
• Keep an abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients' needs in order to pursue growth opportunities
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Business or related field
• Proven business development, sales or marketing experience for 4+ years
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in managing and growing sales teams
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
• High knowledge of sales strategies, principles and techniques
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
