Responsibilities:

•   Prepare and deliver in-house trainings .
•  Lead/facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
•  Support leadership team with learning status reports
•  Prepare a training plan within the given time constraints.
•  Active participation in planning training calendar & roll-out of training programs. • Developing Course Contents, Hand-outs and Presentations
•  Design & development of support documentation and e-learning content
•  Document Training performance by way of training reports and give periodic, specific feedback to trainees.
