Role: Lead UIUX Designers

Experience : 7 to 15 yrs

Location: Kochi, Kerala.


Responsibilities

• Wireframes
• Navigation structures
• Storyboards
• Usability testing
• Specification documentation
• Design workshop facilitation
• Mentor junior designers and stakeholders
• Help the design team reinforce a design thinking culture throughout the company
• Effectively mentor and nurture subordinate designers
• Travel to multiple stakeholder location for short-term and long-term projects
• Independently lead multiple products as the design owner
• Act as the lead on all assigned projects
• Manage the design life-cycle from start to finish
• Organizes workload across teams on projects
• Consider business �critical few� in design decisions
• Enforce and establish platform-wide standards in design work
• Proactively improve project requirements
• Ensure that the team has what they need to deliver high quality work
• Work great in both solo and in a team setting
• Able to fulfil all design requirements from start to finish independently
• Ensure that working knowledge of directly-related projects across the business is bridged, facilitated, and maintained between any relevant teams.

Skills Required

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), human Computer interaction, understand user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Thrive to keep abreast of the latest mental model and interaction of SaaS products
• Embody a curious mindset to explore and empathize with customers pain points
• Ability to work with a geographically distributed team to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet client needs and business vision
• Strong visual design, brand, and user experience instincts; ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and innovation.
